She was predeceased by: her parents, Deacon Walter and Rosa Bell White Jackson; her husband Herman Haskins Jr.; her siblings, Maude Boyd of New York, Marjorie Boyd of New York, Ruby Mae Graham of New York, Katherine Patterson of New York, Ruth, Mary, Edward Jackson of Phenix, VA, Elijah Jackson (Pud) and Willard Jackson of New York; and her niece Velma Jackson.
She is survived by: her children, Haywood Haskins (Natasha) of Pamplin, Virginia and Jean Lockett; her grandson Roger L. Lockett Jr. (Katelyn); her nephew Michael P. Jackson of Phenix, Virginia; her nieces, Linda and Bernice "Bunny"; her siblings-in-law, Mary St. John, Evelyn Harvey, Maxine Lyle, Sherri Jackson and Jeremiah "Jerry" Haskins; and her caregivers, Georgia, Nenna and Jessica. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and friends.
