He was predeceased by: his father Guy Samuel McCormick, Sr.; and his daughter Melissa "Tinky" McCormick Ellis. He is survived by: his wife Jessica M. McCormick; his mother Frances Viar McCormick of Gladstone; his daughters, Stephanie "Shug" McCormick Hansen (Pat) of Gladstone and Kirstyn Lee "Nunu" McCormick of Phenix; his siblings, Larry W. "Tootie" McCormick (Margie) of Gladstone, Patricia V. McCormick of Appomattox, Rebecca M. Jones (Riley) of Gladstone and Mamie "Rita" M. Henson (Lee) of Gladstone; his grandchildren, Jason Hansen (Lori), Hailey "Beebop" Lawhorne (Ray), Hunter "Drake" Hansen, Sydney Ellis, Mason "Maymay" Hansen, Jacie Ellis and Addy Ellis; and his great grandchildren, Brantley, Ryder and Ellie Mae. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
