It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Elliott III of Phenix, Virginia, born in Lynchburg, Virginia, who passed away on January 22, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Robert Elliott, Jr. and Evelyn Puryear Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Linda Bailey Elliott; his children, William Robert "Robbie" Elliott, IV (Cynthia) of Phenix and Alisa Elliott Richmond (David) of Phenix; his granddaughter Leanna Grace Adair of Butte, MT; and his sister D. Jean Elliott of Phenix.
