She was predeceased by : her parents, Alfred Adkins and Della Adkins; her son Christopher Todd Collins; and her siblings, Gary, Ronald, James Adkins and Juanita Hollinsworth.
She is survived by : her husband Barry Collins; her daughter Michelle Collins; her niece Courtney Rowland; her nephew Justin Nester; her great-nephews, Cameron Vitaliano, Chase Rowland and Hudson Nester; her great-niece Isabelle Nester; her sisters, Gloria (Leonard Holms) and Kimberly (Sonny Nester); her brother-in-law Foster Hollinsworth; her aunt Loretta Lytton; and her close friends, Sandy Toney and Rita Martin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
