Alice Patricia (Pat) Darby Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alice Patricia (Pat) Darby of Poquoson, Virginia, who passed away on May 22, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her son Thomas Edward Darby, III (Gwendolyn); her grandson Thomas Edward Darby, IV of Mechanicsville; her son Hal Steele Darby (Wendy); her grandchildren, Matthew and Abigail of Raleigh, NC; her daughter Louisa Phillips Darby Jones (Lit); her grandson Joshua (Jaclyn); her daughter Jeanne Bradford Darby Hubbard (Paul); her grandchildren, Joel, Jonathan and Anna; her parents, Hal Steele Fewell, Sr. of Edgefield, SC and Alice Gertrude Peecksen of Charleston, SC.; her spouse Thomas Edward Darby, Jr. (Ted); Franklin (Lydia), Dana, Bruce, Sarah Jane Katchorek and Linda Guabelly. She was also cherished by many cousins, nephews, and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, please send contributions to the Poquoson Volunteer Rescue Squad as they provide our community such faithful and loving service for our elderly when they fall.
