She was predeceased by: her parents, Rhoda Florence Forrest Moore and George Washington Moore; her husband Robert H. Lowery (Lieutenant); her siblings, Evelyn White, Lola Harrell, George Moore and Cecil Moore; and her son-in-law Bruce McCloy.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia McCloy, Michael Lowery (Leslie) and Dean Lowery (Teresa); her grandchildren, Bruce McCloy (Kathlene), John McCloy (Helen), Anne Binder (Paul), Amy Higgins (Shawn), Brandon Tucker, Elena Tucker, Christopher Lowery (Lindsey), Ethan Lowery, Robert Lowery and Matthew Lowery; her great grandchildren, Jordan Burleson (Emily), Madi Gallahan (Will), Elena McCloy, Connor McCloy, Collin McCloy, Duncan McCloy, Grace Birmingham, Aaron Tucker, Lucas Parham, Liza Tucker, Sasha Tucker, Losha Tucker, Evan Tucker, Peter Lowery and Bryn Lowery; her great great grandchildren, Adelaide Burleson and Elizabeth Burleson; and her niece Gail Moore Waddell (Chuck).
