He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Patrick Page and Chester Hayden Page; and his son-in-law Stephen Powell. He is survived by: his wife Joan Moore Page; his daughters, Brenda Page, Sarah Powell, Susan and Saunders (John); his brother Donald Page (Carol); his grandchildren, Marie (George), Jason (Christina), Amanda (Brit), Elizabeth (Greg), Melissa Ashley (Sam), Michael and Kristina; and his great grandchildren, George Earl, Kayla, Max, Gracie, Maddie, Jacob, Cora, Caroline and Teddy.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Poquoson Rescue Squad and Riverside Hospice.
