He was predeceased by: his parents, James (Peggy Winder) and Poquoson. He is survived by: his daughter Tomma Marcincuk (David); his granddaughter Lilly; and his brothers, James "Jimmy" Winder and Lester "Les" Winder (Lori). He is also survived by other loving relatives and dear friends.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Claytor Rollins Funeral Home (836 Poquoson Ave, Poquoson, VA 23662). A committal service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Parklawn Memorial Park (2551 N Armistead Ave, Hampton, VA 23666).
