She was predeceased by: her parents, George Townsend Singley Jr. (US Army Retired) and Gene Lair Starr Singley. She is survived by: her husband Rob; her daughter Julie Ann Beach; her grandchildren, Summer Ann, Robert Russell III, Jackson Vernon, Darcy Elizabeth, Brooks Townsend, Leigh Maren and Russell Lester; and her siblings-in-law, George Townsend Singley III, Maxine Verlander Singley of Celebration, Florida, Robert James Singley Sr., Angela Lynne Allgood of Bena, Virginia, Barbara Jean, Roger Haak of Toano, Virginia, Jeanne Elizabeth, Brian Hull of Mechanicsville, Virginia, Brenda Brown Hawthorne and Robert Harris Hawthorne of Arlington, Virginia.. She is also survived by her four siblings, sister-in-law.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Newport News (12716 Warwick Blvd, Newport News, VA 23606).
