She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Insley and Martha Insley. She is survived by: her husband Gene Barr; and her nieces, JoAnn Rook (Curtis Rook), Jackie Holloway and Sherry Hargrave. She is also survived by other loving family members and dear friends.
