He is survived by: his wife Joanne Riggins Nellos of Newport News, VA; his sister Constance Nellos (David Ferrari) of Carson City, NV; his grandchildren, Chelsey Nellos and Heather Eckstine of Virginia Beach, VA; and his son-in-law Robert Eckstine of Hampton, VA. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
