He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Harrell Moore, Sr. and Delsie Leon Moore; and his brothers, Billy Moore and Terry Neil Moore. He is survived by: his wife Frances A. Moore; his children, Melisha Robbins (Chris), Stevie Moore (Emily) and Kevin Moore; his grandchildren, Lauren (Mike), Kyle (Brittany), Katie (Sean), Sadie, Josie, Gordon, Gavin and Madisyn; his great grandchildren, Harper, Karlie, River, Gunner, Cooper and Phoebe; and his siblings, Daisy Grose, Jimmy Moore and Chris Moore. He is also survived by many extended family members, lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Poquoson Volunteer Fire Department or the National Kidney Foundation in Captain Harrell's memory.
