She is survived by: her husband Gary Allen Baldwin; her daughters, Megan Elizabeth Baldwin and Amy Nicole Baldwin Walker (Brent); her mother Carol M. Forrest; her grandson Dominic Allen Walker; and her brother Robert B. Forrest.
