He is survived by: his wife Ann Saunders Evans; his daughter Lisa Ann Byles McGinnis; his grandson Sean Dewaine McGinnis (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Shelton and Emery; his son Robert Cecil Evans Byles; and his sisters-in-law, Bronwyn, Nancy, Gwyneth and Tegwyn Evans.
