He is survived by: his wife Beverly Kozelka; his children, Peter Kozelka, Andrew Kozelka and Jenni Kozelka (Troy); his stepson Chris McCarley; his stepgrandchildren, Sebastian and Josephine McCarley; and his sister Francia Hawkins.
