With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sarah Pauls Insley of Poquoson, Virginia, who passed away on October 29, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Christopher Colden and Elsie Floraine Firman Pauls; her husband James Nickelson Insley; and her son James Nickelson Insley, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Nicole Renee Muza (James); and her granddaughter Kayla Nicole Muza.

Memorial contribution may be made to either the Poquoson Volunteer Rescue Squad or the Poquoson Volunteer Fire Company.
