He is survived by: his parents, Terry L. Overby, MD and Joyce Ellis Overby; his sisters, Heather Overby and Michelle Stockberger; and his brother-in-law Jeffery Stockberger.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Port Republic Riverside Church (8525 Water St, Port Republic, VA 24471).
In honor of Brian's generosity of spirit, the family asks donations be given to The Haven, a day shelter and housing resource center for those experiencing homelessness in the Charlottesville area, in lieu of flowers.
