She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Moore and Louise Phillips Clinedinst; her husband Donald Leonard Bowden of Harrisonburg; and her brother-in-law Richard Robinson. She is survived by: her daughters, Christy Nichole Bowden of Port Republic and Angela Bowden Storm (William) of Grottoes; her grandchildren, Makayla May Bowden and Wyatt James Wonderley; her siblings, Charlotte Robinson of Harrisonburg, Judy Deavers of McGaheysville, Rose Etta Clinedinst of New Market, Charles W. Clinedinst (Kaye) of Harrisonburg and Gary E. Clinedinst (Patricia "Pat") of Harrisonburg; and her siblings-in-law, Charles "Chuck" Bowden (Faye) of Harrisonburg and Shirley Bowden Getz (Clarence "Sony") of Harrisonburg. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kyger Funeral Home - Harrisonburg (3173 Spotswood Trail, Harrisonburg, VA 22801). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Peoples Baptist Church (3523 Spotswood Trail, Penn Laird, VA 22846).
