He was predeceased by : his parents, King-Pao Chen and Nicolasa Chen (Guadalupe). He is survived by : his wife Deloris Chen; his sons, Ricardo Donfor-Chen, Jr. (Silver Spring, MD) and Nicholas Chen (Washington, DC); his sister Luz Maria P. Bhanji (New Jersey); his uncle Carlos Palacios (Virginia); and his aunt Josefina Palacios Maceo. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
