She was predeceased by: her father Ellsworth "Sam" Burch; her husband Clarence Culver, Jr.; her brother Ellsworth "Fred" Burch, Jr.; and her grandson-in-law Frank Robert Rodrigues. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Headrick (Mike) and Christine Sprinkle (John); her sister-in-law Marcelle Burch; her grandchildren, Dr. Kelli Culver, Brandon Sprinkle (Lauren), Stephanie Sprinkle, Honey Shea Sulich (Tony) and Michael Headrick, Jr. (Melissa); her great grandchildren, Logan, Mackenzie, Raegan, Grayson, Amber, Chad, Austin, Ashton and Aiden; and her great great grandchildren, Colton, Kinzlee, Taylynn and Tinlee. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
