He was predeceased by: his parents, Raby S. Daughtrey and Estelle B. Daughtrey; and his daughters, Karen Lynn Daughtrey and Kimberly Marie Daughtrey. He is survived by: his wife Marie Daughtrey; Susan Matthews and Billie Lynn Willard.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sturtevant Funeral Home, Bennetts Creek Chapel (2690 Bridge Rd, Suffolk, VA 23435). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Greenlawn Memorial Gardens (3920 Airline Blvd, Chesapeake, VA 23321).
