He is survived by: his mother Frances Alexander; his son Brian Keith Skinner Jr. (Julie); his sister Dorothy Edwards; his sibling's children, Chelsie Skinner, Gene Skinner and Michael Edwards; his grandchildren, Haley and Payten Skinner; and his pet Norman Wynne. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
