She is survived by: her sons, Wiliford "Bill" Owens Jr. (Edna), Robert Owens (JoEllen) and Brian Owens (Katharine); her grandchildren, Wiliford Owens III, Brandi Chapman (Larry), Sara Owens (Eston Richter), Sabrina Dooley (Sean) and Christopher M. Owens; her great grandchildren, Christopher A. Owens, McKenzie Owens, Augustus Richter and Jameson Dooley; and her siblings, Trudy Myers (Tommy), Towe Aston Jr. (Donna) and Gene Aston (Shirley).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Connie's memory to the Isle of Wight County Animal Shelter.
