He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Elliott Haskins and Robert P. Elliott; his son Curtis A. Elliott (Marcella); and his granddaughter ReVae A. Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Elliott of Portsmouth, VA; his son Dwayne L. Elliott (Angela) of Portsmouth, VA; his granddaughter Tanisha E. Alston (Marquis) of Chesapeake, VA; his great grandchildren, Elijah Q. Alston and Elon Q. Alston of Chesapeake, VA.; his siblings-in-law, Brenda Miller of Portsmouth, VA and James M. Burden (Draya) of Chesapeake, VA; and his nieces and nephews, Rhonda Parker, Cassandra Dozier, Debra Gray, Clinton McNair, Martin McNair, Anthony McNair and Anson Burden.
