He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William Perkinson and Helen Lassiter Perkinson; and his wife Dale Anderson Perkinson. He is survived by: his daughters, Christina Perkinson Berta (Steven) and Jennifer Lynn Perkinson; his siblings, Lanna Perkinson Elliott (Frank) and Charles William Perkinson, Jr. (Lynn); and his grandson Jackson Andrew Sprow.
