He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Navy (Marion Logan) and U. S. Navy; his wife Gladys Faye Logan; and his siblings, Betty Logan, Ken and Bill Logan.
He is survived by: his sons, David E. Logan (Tara), Jonathan A. Logan (Liz) and Timothy Logan; his brothers, Don Logan and Art Logan; and his grandchildren, Garon Logan, Addyson Logan, Jeremiah Logan and Clara Logan.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Portsmouth Boulevard Chapel (5201 Portsmouth Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23701). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Greenlawn Memorial Gardens (3920 Airline Blvd, Chesapeake, VA 23321).
