She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Shelburne and Nora Shelburne; and her husband James L. Beale, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Linda Ayers (Robert) and James "Jimmy" Beale, Jr.; her sisters, Linda Sumrell and Debbie Roberts; and her grandchildren, Robert Ayers, Jr., Cory Beale and Dakota Groves. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Jimmy and Donna Beale.
