He is survived by: his children, Tracy Davenport (Cedric) and Willam "Terry" Harrell (Shontell); and his siblings, Thelma Sterling, James Harrell and Junie Harrell. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews.
