She was predeceased by: her parents, John Patrick McCullough and Matilda Kolb McCullough; and her siblings, Katherine "Kitty" Miller, Patrick McCullough, Joseph "Buddy" McCullough and Carolyn Lafferty.
She is survived by: her children, John P. Lyons (Anita), N. C., Timothy J. Lyons (Conchitina) of Alexandria, Elaine M. Lyons of Portsmouth and Patricia L. Reilly (Peter) of Chesapeake; her great grandchildren, Elliott Tisdel and Miles Tisdel of Newport News; Teddy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
