He is survived by: his wife Deloris Blow; his daughter Deshawna Hardy; and his siblings, Derek Hardy, Darnica Hardy of Portsmouth Va, Derrica Hardy of Portsmouth Va, Karyolyn Franklin of Portsmouth Va and Tomise Files of Portsmouth Va. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
