He was predeceased by : his parent Emelia T. Facenda; his sister Verna F. Bradshaw; and his son Tommy E. Facenda. He is survived by : his wife Patricia G. Facenda; his daughters, Gina C. Facenda and Angela F. Klecka; and his grandchildren, Zachary F. Klecka and Holly K. Monell. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
