It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grace Ann Mutter Dove (Portsmouth, Virginia), who passed away on June 29, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick William and India Mae Mutter; and her siblings, Jacqueline Rose Cherry and William "Billy" Mutter. She is survived by: her husband Thomas B. Dove, Jr.; her children, Lisa Susan VanderPloeg (Richard), Thomas Mark Dove (Deborah) and Timothy Brett Dove (Rebecca); her brother Alexander Franklin Mutter (Susie); her grandchildren, Steven, Lauren, Megan and Virginia; and her great grandchildren, Rowdy, Beckett, Henry and Oliver. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations may be offered to Westhaven Baptist Church.
