He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Louise Halstead and Howard W. Halstead Sr. Howdy. He is survived by: his siblings, Doris Halstead Jones, Brenda Halstead-Peavy, Mari-An Halstead Charlton (Bruce) and Lonnie Halstead (Patty); his nieces and nephews, Ashlea Charlton-Meeks (Kyle), Heather Halstead, Dustin Charlton (Tasha), Logan Charlton and Cory Halstead; and his great-nephews, Kash, Banx and Crew.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Charlton/Meeks Home (1832 Cotton Farm Ln, Suffolk, VA 23432).
