He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Gordon and Margaret Gordon; and his siblings, Edward Gordon Jr., Doris Angel and Margaret Edmonds.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Gordon; his children, Jeff Gordon (Shelly) and Jeana Smith (Frank); his grandchildren, Jeff Gordon Jr. (Jacqueline), Lauren Andrade-Diaz (Kenny) and Sheryl Smith; and his great grandchildren, Faye and Della Gordon.
In accordance with his wishes, the family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to one of the organizations he personally selected: Shriners Hospitals for Children, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Tunnel to Towers Foundation, or New Creation United Methodist Church.
