He was predeceased by: his grandmother Gladys Eley; and his uncles, James Eley and Thomas Woodson. He is survived by: his parents, Charlene Eley and Melvin; and his siblings, Melodie, Melvin Jr. and Deshawn Freeman. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Metropolitan Funeral Service (5605 Portsmouth Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23701). A celebration of life was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
