We are sad to announce that on February 2, 2023, at the age of 78, Jerlean B. Ramsey (Portsmouth, Virginia), born in Norfolk, Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jerlean B. Ramsey to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her father Allen Butler; her stepmother Mary Butler; and her brother Allen J. Butler, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband David Allen Ramsey; her daughter Carol Ann Ramsey Bright (Barry); and her sister Charlotte Harrell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and her grand dogs.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday, February 6, from 6 – 7 P.M. In lieu flowers memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice in her honor.
