He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Parker and Ellen S. Parker; his siblings, Naomi Parker, Ruth Howell, Bernice Parker, Vivian Chamberlin, Virginia Geth, Joseph Parker, Jesse Parker and Cornelius Parker; and his nephew Robert Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah W. Parker; his children, Sherita M. Parker and Ivan Parker (Kiara); his grandchildren, Kamryn, Mikaya, Kylei and Symeir Parker; and his siblings, Maxine Smith, Mamie Parker, Elizabeth Veal, James Parker and Willie Parker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
