He is survived by: his wife Joyce Dail Spradlin; his children, Scott and Cathy (Jeff Doyle); his grandchildren, Chase, Casey and Catie Doyle; and his siblings, Frances Frey of Michigan and Al Spradlin (Mary Jane) of Chesapeake, Virginia.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
