She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman S. Lewis and Anne H. Lewis; her son Jay Daniel Levin; and her husband Richard N. Levin. She is survived by: her son John David Levin (Ellen); her grandsons, Nathan P. and William T. Levin; and her brother David J. Lewis (Joann). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
