It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Wayne Cobb (Portsmouth, Virginia), who passed away on April 29, 2026, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Larry may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Larry touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Tillman Cobb and Thedora Cobb (Wells). He is survived by: his wife Paula Jane Moyer Cobb; his children, Johanna Lynn Myers (Victor) and Larry Wayne Cobb, Jr.; his brother Ronald Cobb (Kathy); and his grandsons, Alexander, Wyatt and Travis.
