He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Kellam, Jr. and Eloise Nottingham Kellam; and his sister Deborah Kellam King. He is survived by: his wife Paula Harrison Smith; his sons, Kevin W. Kellam of Palmyra, VA, Nolan M. Smith (April) of Virginia Beach and David H. Kellam of Independence, KY; his siblings-in-law, Preston King and Melody Harrison Savage; his grandchildren, Sierra Flowers, Alannah Smith and Anthony Smith; and his great grandchild William Wilhite.
