We are sad to announce that, on March 20, 2022, at the age of 89, Margaret E. Hall (Portsmouth, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Davis and Beaulah Davis; and her husband Oner T. Hall. She is survived by: her children, Jean Dent of Landover, MD, Janice Marshall (Willie) of Ft. Stewart, GA, Patricia Stubblefield (Darryl) of Va and Garvia Hall of Portsmouth, VA; her sister Audrey Branch of Maryland; her daughter-in-law Charlene Hall; and her caregivers, Charlene Thomas and Bessie Riddick. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren.
