Margaret E. Moring Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on July 5, 2023, at the age of 96, Margaret E. Moring in Portsmouth, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Frederick Michael Elsasser, Sr. and Bertha Rountree Elsasser; her husband Bernard Christopher "B. C." Moring, Jr.; and her son Michael Lee Moring. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Hubbard (Kevin L. Hubbard) of Chesapeake, Chris Moring (Kate Kabler Moring) of Suffolk and Mark Moring (Nina Donner Moring) of Onley, VA; her daughter-in-law Annette Tonkin Brooks of Suffolk; her grandchildren, Christopher, Brandon, Ryan, Pretlow, Loren, Pete, Sarah and Paul; her nieces, Demi, Lynn and Maryann; and her nephew Rick. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
