He is survived by: his wife Mary Brooks; his sister Pearl Brooks Sands Faison; his daughter La Cretia White of Portsmouth, Virginia; his grandson Isaac White of Portsmouth, Virginia; his siblings, Shirley Brooks Day (Wilton) of Tampa, Florida, Curtis Livingston of Norfolk and Thomas Livingston (Charlene) of Charlotte; and his sisters-in-law, Carolyn H. Seagraves (Sherwood, Sr.) of Chesapeake, Virginia and Dorothy Stevens (late Authur) of Tega Cay. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, godchildren and friends.
