He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah L. Smith, Sr. and Roberta Moore Smith. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline; his adoptive daughter Anessa Sultan; his siblings, Arimental Moseley (Samuel) of Greensboro, NC, Bobby Smith (Glenda) of Durham, NC and Gary Moore of Raleigh, NC; his siblings-in-law, Irving Moody (Stephanie) of Pensacola, FL, Gerald Moody of McKinney, TX and Angela Nock (Troy) of Norwood, MA; his aunts, Ola Moore of Portsmouth, VA, Mary Witherspoon of Kinston, NC, Clarine Moore, Laurel, MD, Marian Cain (Larry) of Norfolk, VA and Margaret Moody; and his uncle Roger Moody of Suffolk, VA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, godchildren, and friends.
