He was predeceased by: his sister Amy Marie Zakowski. He is survived by: his wife Wanda M. Riggins; his mother Shirley W. Shannon; his father-in-law William; his father Charles M. Riggins, Sr. (Juanita); his brother Charles M. Riggins, Jr. (Cheryl); his stepchildren, Kathie Elmy (Santos) and William Berger (Michelle); and his stepbrothers, Michael Nolan (Elizabeth) and Paul J. Nolan (April). He is also survived by five grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends.
