Harrell of Portsmouth, VA; his siblings, Alan Harrell of Louisville, KY, Brett Harrell of Portsmouth, VA and JoAnn Ward (William) of Fort Rucker, AL; his siblings-in-law, Pamela Millner of Hampton, VA and Jay Mitchell of Norfolk, VA; and his housedog Jenny. He is also survived by six nephews and four nieces.
