He is survived by: his children, Garnetta King of Castor Valley, CA, Rejetta Blount (Daniel) of Powder Springs, GA, Richard Jr. Cuffee (Vernella) of Virginia Beach, VA and Angelic Rogers of Portsmouth, VA.; his former wife Garnette Winn Cuffee of Portsmouth, VA; and his close friend Samuel Peyton of Portsmouth, VA.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
