He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos White and Naomi White; and his siblings, Jackie Halley, Robert and Paul White.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey W. White and Deborah J. White; his grandchildren, Stephanie White, Jeffrey White, Jr., Richard "Bubba" White, II and Tyler Zemienieuski; and his great grandchildren, J. J., Amelia, Wesley and Callie.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Portsmouth Boulevard Chapel (5201 Portsmouth Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23701).
