He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxine O'Neal and Charles O'Neal. He is survived by: his wife Barbara O'Neal; and his stepchildren, Cathy Mattox (Rod) and Willie Newkirk, Jr.. He is also survived by sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law as well as a host of friends.
